Your open enrollment for this benefit is this month for your Chapter. If you enroll in March, your policy effective date will be 6/1/2025 and your ACH payment would be drafted on the 1st of each month beginning on 6/1/2025. If you enroll in April, your policy effective date will be 7/1/2025 and your ACH payment would be drafted on the 1st of each month beginning on 7/1/2025. If you enroll in May, your policy effective date will be 8/1/2025 and your ACH payment would be drafted on the 1st of each month beginning on 8/1/2025.

Note: When enrolling, please have your banking information handy for this purpose. If you are enrolling your dependents, we recommend having their social security numbers, although it’s not required. The only required fields are your dependents’ name, DOB, and gender. Phone number is also an optional field.
